2025’s Details will be release in August of 2025

The Build My Future Collaboration is an annual event hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Siouxland and Siouxland Construction Alliance.

Build My Future gives students from grades 9 -12 the opportunity to have a day to work in the Construction Industry through an interactive showcase.  Participating schools will send students between the hours of 9:00 am to 2:00 pm we will provide hands-on learning labs by our industry partners. 

The student activities will include Design & Planning, Banking & Real Estate, Rough Framing, Excavation & Utilities, Finishes, Footings & Foundations, Building Envelope & Insulation, Landscaping, Mechanical Systems, Friends of Construction. Some of the learning labs may include things like learning to sheetrock, bricklaying, painting, working with construction equipment, and much more. 

This event is being held in the Fall of 2025 at the Seaboard Triumph Foods Expo Center, 550 Expo Center Drive, Sioux City, IA.
