Event is from 9 AM – 2 PM on October 7th, 2025
Set-Up and Tear Down
- Indoor exhibits can be set up on Monday, October 6th from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and Tuesday, October 7th 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM.
- Outdoor Exhibits can be assembled Monday, October 6th , from 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM and Tuesday, October 7th , 7:00 PM – 8:45 am.
- Please come prepared with any equipment you need to help move your product.
- Tear down will not begin until after 2 PM (no exceptions). All exhibits must be removed by 4 PM on Tuesday.
Lunch & Food Allergies
- Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 AM. Individuals with other allergies and/or food needs will need to bring their lunch.
- Bottled water & water fountains will be available throughout the day for attendees.
- Please notify workers that food delivery companies will not be allowed access to the event facility. We have had challenges in the past with food delivery services.
Other Information
- Consider bringing applications and/or information for jobs/internships/apprenticeships! Many vendors have had students interested in working for them after speaking to them at Build My Future.
- Free WiFi: FiberComm – Expo Center
- Tag us (Home Builders Association of Greater Siouxland & Siouxland Construction Alliance) and use #BuildMyFuture if you or the company post about the day!
- ELECTRICITY : Access to 110 service will be supplied for each exhibit space located inside the building. Exhibitors will need to bring extension cords. Any exhibitors needing 220 service will need to contact the HBA or Siouxland Expo Center to determine availability and pricing. There is no power access outside.
