If you only have a couple hours, or you can stay all day, we can use your help!
- Backpack Assembly October 7th (6-10 Volunteers; ~60 Minutes)
- School Registration & Welcome (7-10 Volunteers; 8 AM – 2 PM)
- Bus Wranglers (5 Volunteers; 8 AM – 1:30 PM)
- Lunch Prep/Serving & Clean Up (6 Volunteers; 10 AM – 2 PM)
- Ice Cream Station (2-3 Volunteers 8:30 AM – 2 PM)

Lunch & Food Allergies
- Lunch will be served. Individuals with other allergies and/or food needs will need to bring their lunch.
- Bottled water & water fountains will be available throughout the day for attendees.
- Please notify workers that food delivery companies will not be allowed access to the event facility. We have had challenges in the past with food delivery services.
